Beki is a 10 month old female Labrador cross Pointer Cross. She is a rescue from Cyprus currently living in a foster home in Hemel Hempstead. Here is a little about her. Beki is a shy gentle girl who came over from Cyprus not knowing much about life, leads, walking or human touch.
She is now walking well on a lead and her foster mum can take her out in the car for country walks. A beautiful, medium size girl with a white flash on her chest. She still acts quite puppy like with other dogs and is very playful. Meeting any new dogs or people out walking can make her nervous so she needs more socialising with this calmly, so she gains confidence.
She has mixed with many dogs on walks and is submissive with known dogs. Beki is crate trained and fully toilet trained and can be left. She is in foster with 4 dogs but is not cat tested. She’s quiet in the house and sleeps all night. Beki would benefit from maybe 1 other confident, well behaved, dog sharing her new home to help her confidence. Her foster mum says that she will be a lovely dog once she’s sussed out life.
She has come a very long way in a short space of time and we are confident that she will continue to learn at a rapid rate. Beki just needs someone with the time and patience to show her how terrific life can be. She has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Minimum adoption donation of £375 applies. ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION AND HOME CHECK.
Post adoption support is available from her rescue. Her rescue must be informed at any time of a change in circumstances and their dog returned to one of their volunteers where required. Beki must never be handed over to any UK Rescue or sold or adopted on without our knowledge. We will always endeavour to rehome our dogs if necessary.
