Ebony is a 4 1/2 month old Pointer cross girl who is a truly lovely girl and lucky to be alive – I actually rescued her myself while in Spain – we had actually gone to collect another dog we had reserved at the pound and while there I happened to glance in one of the kennels which had approximately 15 puppies in their care.
It was heart breaking as we had no where for them to go was so many but volunteers rallied round and thanks to Aunty Sherlie we managed to get her and one of her brothers to safety along with four others which were from different litters I will never forget their little faces and I am so sorry we could not save them all. So Ebony and Hugo her brother went into foster – her brother has now been lucky enough to find an amazing home in Spain and now its Ebony’s turn.

She is a lovely friendly girl and not at all traumatized by her pass, she is a big cuddle monster and very affectionate. She is very well socialized with other dogs and would be fine to live with a cat as Sherlie has one. Training wise she is house-trained and used to sleeping in a crate.
She lives currently in quite a rural area and is not used to traffic, going out and about on a lead – but being the confident happy girl she is this will not take long. Her brother looks more pure Pointer whereas she looks more a mixture of a Pointer mixed with a lab, she is very bright and trainable, she would suit a rural active home with people who have had gundog types before.
Ebony is not spayed as too young so this would be expected to be done as part of the adoption agreement, she is fully vaccinated, chipped and has own Pet Passport.
