Kayla is a 6 month old female Pointer Cross. She is recently came to the UK from Cyprus, she is being fostered in the Kent area. In the short time Kayla has been here she has grown in confidence, learning more about her new found freedom everyday and settling in to home life and comforts.
She is a gentle pup who loves cuddles. She is shy with strangers but soon warms up , this is getting better as her confidence grows and she takes a little while to trust and approach new people outside and visitors in the home.
She loves to play with other dogs although she would be happy on her own if she had plenty of stimulation .She likes to play fetch the ball, she mostly brings it back and enjoys paying with toys and running in the garden!
She is used to her name and comes when she is called in the garden, she is a lovely girl with children , playing nicely with her foster mummy’s 8 year old grand daughter, so children over 5 years old that can also give her some downtime if required, will be considered.
Kayla is house trained ! She has been going out on walks but needs further training with lead work and the whole new experience of being out in the world, and new places and busier environments will need to be introduced slowly to Kayla as her confidence and her trust in her adopted family grows.
Her foster mummy describes her as a beautiful gentle soul .Kayla would make the perfect addition to any loving family. Kayla is blood tested, healthy, has received all her puppy vaccinations, microchip and has her own passport, she will also have a free 5 weeks pet insurance once adopted
