Mishka is a 2 year old female Pointer Cross. She was rescued in Cyprus and is currently living in a foster home in Bradford. Here is a little about her: Mishka is a very loving and playful 2-3 year old girl. She has flown from Cyprus and is looking for her forever home.

Mishka was found early one morning at the shelter in Cyprus. Somebody had thrown her and her daughter over the fence. Unfortunately they broke her leg in the process. This has now been fixed with surgery and she is now in a foster home in West Yorkshire and is absolutely fit and well. She loves being in the garden and loves sunbathing given a chance. She is good with other dogs and benefits from socialising with them.

However, she is not good with cats as she has a tendency to chase them, therefore she would need a cat free home. Mishka has settled really well. She is very friendly, loving, and playful with other members of the household. Sadly she does suffer with separation anxiety, she likes to know you are coming back but we think this will settle in time. Once she has become comfortable in her home, she is very excitable, loyal and caring. She loves blankets and will snuggle up to them regularly.

Mishka would benefit from a home with either older or no children as she has a tendency to jump up at people and does not seem to realise her size. Given the chance, she will attempt to sit on your knee and wrap her long bambi legs around you. She is great at hugs.

Mishka loves her food and is good on a lead but doesn’t always know her own strength. She need an owner who is able to give her regular walks and a safe garden to play in. She is house trained and would benefit from someone who is able to give her the attention and patience she needs. Seeing her happy face will always make you smile!
